Pepper Place wasn’t born in a boardroom — it began in a spare bedroom in Stockton‑on‑Tees, during one of the hardest chapters of my life.

When my mental health was at its lowest, I found comfort in crafting. What started as a quiet way to cope slowly became something I couldn’t put down. From that space, Kraft Station was born — just me, my materials, and a creative outlet that gave me purpose again.

By 2023, I’d outgrown the spare bedroom and moved into my own shop here in Stockton‑on‑Tees. Six months later, the range grew too. Alongside the personalised gifts I’d always loved making, I began stocking a carefully chosen selection of unique gifts — from novelty keyrings to the much‑loved Lesser & Pavey Highland Cow collection.

In 2026, we became Pepper Place. The name means everything to me — it’s the street where my family became complete, a place filled with warmth and memory. I wanted that feeling to live in every gift we send out, whether you’re local to Stockton or ordering from across the UK.

My dog breed collection holds a special place in my heart as well. Inspired by my beloved Mackenzie — forever missed — and my faithful Rock, it’s a tribute to the dogs who hold our families together without ever knowing it.
