Shipping policy
Order Processing Times
We handcraft and personalise every order with care. Please allow the following processing times before your order is dispatched:
- Personalised items: 3–5 business days
- Non-personalised items: 1 business day
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays. If you need your order sooner, please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

For personalised items, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready to collect. Collection hours are Monday–Saturday, 9:30am–4:40pm.
Tracking
All shipped orders include tracking via Royal Mail. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at karen@pepperplace.co.uk and we'll investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf
