Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by us.
What data we hold
When you place an order or create an account with Pepper Place, we may hold the following personal data:
- Your name and contact details
- Your delivery address
- Your order history
- Any personalisation details provided at the time of ordering
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, please email us at karen@pepperplace.co.uk with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your full name and the email address associated with your order.
We will respond within 30 days and confirm once your data has been deleted.
Please note
We may be required to retain certain data for legal or financial reasons (for example, order records for tax purposes). In such cases, we will inform you of what data we are required to keep and why.
